The systematic performance appraisal
methods we use, help identify the strengths and weaknesses
of employees and enable them to become aware of their
positive contribution and the areas they can improve
in. This system helps employees accept more responsibilities
and acquire new skills. No appraisal is complete without
recognition and rewards and at ARL, these include
certificates of appreciation, newsletter announcements,
