Mr. Arvind Shah
Managing Director and Chief Executive
Officer
Aged 40 years,
is a first generation entrepreneur and the main promoter
of the Company. He has over 2 decades of experience
in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Trade. In 1979, he
started a pharmaceutical distributorship business under
the name of Arvind Pharmaceuticals and has since then
held the distributorship of several Multinational and
Indian Companies like Glaxo, Sandoz, Ranbaxy, German
Remedies, Cadila, Raptakos, Roussel, etc. In 1988, he
promoted Arvind Remedies Private Limited. Slowly and
steadily, over the years, the Company grew with improved
results. By his vast experience, he has gained thorough
knowledge in Technical, Commercial and Managerial aspects
of the Pharmaceutical Business Management. He looks
after the day-to-day operations of the Company.

 Mr.
K. V. Narayan
Aged 63 years, has over 3 decades of Business Development
experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has consistently
helped to create progressive wealth both in Multinational
and Indian Organizations, for more than two decades,
either leading marketing functions or as head of the
organization by effective Management of Men, Markets
and Products through re-engineering the Marketing Processes.

 Prof. C. M. K. Reddy
Aged 60 years, is an Honorary Professor of Stanley
Medical College & Hospital, Madras. He is presently
the Governing Council Member of Dr. MGR Medical University,
Tamil Nadu besides being a Director of Halsted Surgical
Clinic, Madras where he is practicing as a Surgeon.
He is also the President of Tamil Nadu Medical Practitioner's
Association. His association as a Director is useful
to the Company in respect of keeping it abreast of latest
development in Medical Science. He was recently conferred
the prestigious DR. B. C. ROY AWARD by the Government
of India in appreciation of his contribution in the
medical field. He is the member of the board of Trustees,
Sri Ramachandra Medical Deemed University and has been
conferred PROFESSOR EMERITUS Award by Dr. M.G.R Medical
University, Tamil Nadu.

| Mr. Chotalal |
|
Aged 63 years, is the Chairman of
Nargis Dutt Memorial Foundation, New York (USA). He
brings to the Company the latest developments in the
field of research in Oncology.

 Dr.
Mrs. Chandra Ravindran
Aged 42 years, is a Ph.D. in Bio-Chemical
Toxicology .Her main area of work involves analyzing
the effect of pesticides, poisons and drugs. She has
worked in the Pharmacology department and has studied
the antidotal effect on plant toxins. She has also handled
molecular genetics, biochemical genetics and genetic
toxicology and participated in various national and
international level conferences. She contributes to
the development of the company's existing products as
also research on new products. She is a Technical Director
of the Company in charge of its R & D efforts and
introduction of new molecules.

Aged 50 years, has over 30 years
experience in the Pharmaceutical Trade and Industry.
He is engaged in pharmaceutical distribution and is
also the distributor for various Multinational Companies.
